2. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on Planana.dk include VAT and are in Danish Kroner (DKK). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept the following payment methods:

3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product description or price, or issues with payment processing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all addresses within Denmark. Our standard delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following Monday at the earliest. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g., via email) and return the product in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
6. Refunds and Returns
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
7. Complaints and Warranty
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@planana.dk. You have the right to file a complaint within 24 months of purchase. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer to repair, replace, or refund the product. Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered under the warranty.
